MCH (Magister Chirurgiae), or Master of Surgery, is a higher-level qualification in Surgery that is typically sought after obtaining an MS in Surgery in order to develop an expert-level or advanced-level understanding of the discipline. It is just a higher degree. So it depends on you whether you want to pursue this degree or not.
