Hello dear student,
There are two ways by which you can become a biotechnologist first by taking admission in BSC in biotechnology and after that you can take admission in MSC in biotechnology after that you must pursue PHD in this field then you can call yourself a biotechnologist. Otherwise you can take admission in BTech biotechnology and you can work with any company related to biotech then also you will be considered as biotech graduate. After btech also there is a scope for YouTube do mtech and after that PhD. But if you want a job that to on good package or salary . Then you must go for BTech biotechnology instead of Bsc . because it is really difficult and next impossible thing to get a job on the basis of BSC. Average salary you can expect after you are a BTech biotechnology graduate aur the minimum degree you do is M tech biotechnology. Expect the average package of 3.5 to 4 lakhs .
While did you go for higher studies and you complete your PHD it automatically increases bases on you are working as a scientist or in a company.
I hope this was helpful
Thank you
