You must score above 50th percentile in general category and 40th percentile in OBC/Sc/ST category with marks above 198 for general category and for OBC/SC/ST marks above 134 for clearing NEET first of all.
Now for getting a government MBBS college, you must score marks 550+ and have a good rank as well.
For a good government BDS college marks must be 480+ .

According to previous year closing ranks, (for a general candidate)
For MBBS at Government Medical Colleges in Delhi, you need to score at least near to 612 marks/ 936 rank in NEET UG which was the last year cutoff at NDMC Medical College, Delhi and Dr. B.S.A. Medical College, Delhi (614 marks/ 859 rank).
For BDS at Government Dental Colleges in Delhi, you need to score at least near to 539 marks/ 9874 rank in NEET UG which was the last year cutoff at ESIC Dental College, New Delhi.
