Hello Chandra,
Yes for your category , the score you have got seems to be fine but still the safe score is 400+ for government seat. If you try in your home state then it is really easy for you as you will be under home state quota. You have to attend the state counselling and see. The cutoff keeps changing every year based on number of seats , number of applicant, difficulty level of the exam etc. However, with your mark and category you will end up in a good college for sure.
You may use this link to know about the cutoff trends:

Hello,
It would had been better if you had mentioned your home state or the domicile to which you belong to, this is because the cutoffs are different for each state based upon the category of students.
Regardless, based upon your marks and the category you have better chances for private colleges, rather than government colleges. Would suggest you to use our college predictor, to get the list of predicted colleges, the link is provided below -
Thank you.
Dear Aspirant,
To qualify NEET exam ST candidate needs 119 marks. As per last years cutoff and considering your NEET score you have a chance to get government medical college through state level quota. You have not mentioned your state so its somehow difficult to predict your college.
Given below is the link to predict your college by submitting your NEET score.
Hope this helps
Thank you
