Scored 114 marks in clat 2019 obc category and up domicile. What are the chances of RMLNLU as everyone is saying cut off will be very high.

With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 420-1200. If you fall in OBC category then you have some chances of getting into RMLNLU given that you have the state domicile of UP. Even if the cutoff goes high it won't go high much and still you'll be able to get into a good NLU.
