Dear Student,

I think you should be aware that your marks scored in this NEET 2019 are considered extremely poor as the standards of a qualified candidate.

You should know that the road will be tough and the journey will be hard but the straight forward answer is YES that it is possible for you to get MBBS seat in management quota in Tamilnadu.

However, In government college, it may not be possible but you can try for semi-government and private medical colleges.

And in some colleges, you should be able to pay the number of their high fees or donation if needed.

I hope that you are well aware of your condition and about your decision and responsibilities.

I Consider Your Query has met with its conclusion.

ALL THE BEST!!
