You have got a borderline score there. I would suggest you to attend all the rounds of counselling and you may get into Government Medical College and Hospital, Balangir . It's cut off for Ur category is 509. Restbof the government colleges have higher cut offs. Hope for the best.

As per the marks that you have mentioned I would like to tell you that you don't have chances to get a seat in government college under state quota as alst year least marks to secure a seat was 508 marks in government medical college,balangir so you won't get one .you can apply for private colleges to be on safer side . Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.

500 score is quite good and Considering the previous year's Cutoff , you might have chances of getting seat in Hi-Tech medical college and Hospital, bhubaneshwar as its Cutoff was 491,

You might also get seat in S.C.B dental college, and Hi-Tech dental college as their Cutoff marks have similarities with your score.

Don't loose hope , as the Cutoff have variations every year and hope for the best
