So, comparing 539 with marks you secured we can conclude that you have a decent chance of getting a govt. college. Colleges like Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur have cut-off 542, in such colleges, you might get a seat. Do not worry..as you have scored good marks..you will get any college of your state as your marks are good (the cut off in bihar does not go really high its around 450-470) also you may get a good college through the all india 15% quota.
