There is a high chance of getting admission in IPU and if you are a resident of Delhi then it will be easier for you to get admission in your desired colleges. You may be able to get admission in VMMC Safdurjung and VMMC would be conducting counselling on the basis of NEET marks. The cut off for securing VMMC Safdurjung is 566 according to previous year. And I think with your secured rank you , there are good number of chances that you might get a college of your preferred choice.
