Hello there,
With 272 marks, your All India Rank will be around 340000 to 410000 approximately. Since you are from the EWS category, you have very low chances of getting a seat in government medical college with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
