Hello candidate. Seat allotment in colleges is mainly based on your rank and category. There is no need of IPE marks to get admission in any College. Only rank and and category plays a key role to get admission. Most cases they see only the rank and category.

Hello aspirant, 

Apeamcet is the entrance exam conducted by ap state board in order to get admission in engineering and medical colleges

Allotment of seat is based on the rank you got in eamcet. 

Ipe marks are considered while calculating your eamcet rank I. E ipe 25%+eamcet marks 75%

After you got your rank, you need to go through counseling then you will get allot a seat  in a college based on your rank and the cut off rank of that particular college
