In Public/Government Medical Colleges services bond is there in which you have to do work in the hospital of that particular period. And if you wish to leave in between the course then you have to pay some penalty for that.
In Private Medical Colleges service bond and seat leaving bond are present. In seat leaving bond, if you leave the seat in between the course then you have to pay the whole year fees.
