Seat matrix will be released
State merit list for this round will be released
Last date to vacant the seat allocated in round 1
Choice filling
Seat allotment list will be released
Last date for reporting to the allocated institute
First week of December 2020*

So, the first round of uttarakhand state ug counseling 2020 results have been announced on 13th november, and the Last date to report at the allotted institute is november 18th. But as far as the second round is concerned, the dates aren't published yet, and are supposed to be declared by the end of november. Till then keep checking the official website for current updates.
