Indian Institute of Information Technologies(IIITs) are premier institutes of India that offer B.Tech and M.Tech courses in field related to computer science and electronics.
As for your question, yes you can take admission in IIITs after a gap of 2 years. You can apply through JEE Mains score as JEE Mains can be given three times and the IIITs take admissions on the basis of JEE Mains marks through JOSAA counselling.
