Hello Aspirant!
Looking at the current scenario NTSE is postponed till further notice. NTSE is a national level exam so it will surely be taken when the circumstances are under control. One cannot say specifically about a state as people from all over the country participate and the decision that will be made would be looking at the situation of all the states.
