Solution : The fourth option is correct.

Passive voice is the voice in which the object experiences an action rather than the person who performs the action. Hence, the object in the active voice becomes the subject in the passive voice.

The subject will be put in place of the object , and the object will be put in place of the subject .

The structure of the passive sentence in present perfect tense is object + auxiliary verb + past participle form of the main verb + subject + prepositional phrase.

Therefore, the correct sentence is: This fact has not been brought to my notice by anybody.
