But you have very good chances in getting seat in a Government Medical College like Lala Lajpat Rai Medical College, BRD Medical College and also Rani Laxmi Bai Medical College. There are 5565 MBBS seats. If your rank is 220, you should get a seat in one of the top 5-8 Medical Colleges of UP.
