Hello,

The Semantic barrier in communication can be defined as the misunderstanding and interpretation of meaning which restrict effective communication. It can be in form of language, sign and symbol.

A language barrier is a used  to refer to linguistic barriers to communication, i.e. the difficulties in communication experienced by people or groups originally speaking different languages.

In simple words,People can technically be speaking the same language, but dialectical differences can create misunderstandings and gaps in communication. like your Hindi and other state Hindi speaker are different.

For example, "destination" and "last stop" technically mean the same thing, but students of semantics analyze their subtle shades of meaning.

For overcoming these barriers used plain language, find realistic translate Service, use visual method of communication etc.

Hope this helps!!!
