You may get a seat in a NIT depending upon in which category you lie. As the cut off in not released yet hence relying of the previous year cut off, Cutt off for NIT's for JEE would approximately be:
GENERAL- 115- 85
OBC- 80- 45
SC- 60- 40
ST- 50-40
This is just a tentative list drafted by experts. All is subject to change depending upon:
1)The number of candidates appearing in the entrance exam
2)Total applications received for the programme to which candidate has sought admission
3)Total available seats
4)Difficulty level of the exam
5)The category under which admission is sought
