shall I be promoted to write 3rd year MCA exams and as i have backlogs will be awarded marks and fyi I already completed 3 years of study.

Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that it is mandatory for every student to clear all the pending backlogs to get a degree. Even your course of study is completed, you still have to appear for your backlog exams and clear them in order to get the degree.
