Dear student, allotment of seats in BDS colleges in India is done on the basis of all India quota and state quota. With 347 marks in NEET UG 2019, you can definitely not secure a seat in any of the BDS colleges under all India quota. To know the possibility of colleges under the state quota, you will have to specify your domicile. It is so because every state has different cutoff.
