If you selected float option in the 6th round in Josaa counseling, again if you want float option in further rounds then there is no need to report at the reporting center. If you want to freeze the allocated seat in round 7 for further rounds  then definitely you need to report at the reporting center for freezing that seat. In round 7 it will be frozen automatically. so, if you want float option then there is no necessary to report . If you want to freeze the allocated seat then definitely report at the reporting center  Hope this answer will help you.

Yes you have to go to the reporting centre of JOSAA counselling if you want the upgraded seat. But if you have freezed a seat in previous round then you cannot do anything about it, but if you have put the seat to float or slide, then you must go to there to freeze your seat otherwise you won't get any seat.
