No, please don't use the old books. You may miss out on new content offered by the publishers.

They are offering the past 20 years question papers, 2018 edition. So, why are you still stuck with the old one?
Target Publications are a very good choice for preparation. But, I would like to advise you that please study your NCERT textbooks thoroughly.
