You should go for all India quota counseling with 578 u will definitely get seat in govt College don't worry

thanks for the replay. she wants in hyderabad. is osmania better or ghandhi medical? if we opt some other college in AIQ, we may not be eligible for state councelling so do you suggest us to wait for state councelling?

I would say Osmania is better than Gandhi medical College
Don't worry u will get it with all India rank if not then definitely with state quota

as per my analysis, she will not get in osmania in AIQ .but chances exists for state quote. and if we opt any other govt college in AIQ , she may not be eligible for state councelling (as we got a seat in one college)
