Coming to diploma civil engineering colleges.There are Very few colleges colleges located in Shillong. Here is the list,

• CMJ University
• William Carey University
• Shillong polytechnic college

As Shillong don't have a large Area.It can establish very few colleges. Only These colleges are found in Shillong and Meghalaya. You can visit the college official website  for further details.
