Shreya if you take a drop for one year and study with full determination, focus on the NEET exam by keeping yourself away from total distraction. If you make NEET exam as your goal of life and study then also I can't promise you that you will be able to get a very good result in NEET exam but still, you will score much better than your expectations and can end up in a good college. But honestly it's a very difficult task and which becomes further more difficult for a student who hasn't studied very well in class 11th and 12th because your basics are not at all strong.
So, if you have confidence in yourself that you can cover everything up and the most important thing that you will not lose up your confidence in between your preparation then you should give up a try for NEET exam because of it will define your whole career. In the worst case if you are not able to score very well in NEET exam then doing B.Sc will always be there as an alternative.
