There is no need to apply for the second form if you have the errors in first form.Because for the correction of the mistakes in the form the authorities will give us a chance to correct those mistakes.

STEPS TO MAKE CHANGES
Step 1: Visit the official website, i.e., nbe.edu.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link the NEET PG link.

Step 3: A new page will appear on the screen.

Step 4: Enter your login details and click on the submit option.

Step 5: Now, click on the edit window and proceed with the corrections.

Step 6: Save the corrections and click on the submit option.

But keep in mind that the correction process will be applied only on special errors .If you tell us what error is then we will help you more

During the correction window, just a few faults can be corrected. You will not be able to use the same email address or phone number when you re-register. It's possible that you'll have to create new credentials. Instead, if you let us know about the problem on the application form, we can see if it's something you can fix during the correction period.
