Should i apply for bits...I don't have 60% in chemistry board

BITSAT Eligibility details out certain academic and age-related criteria that an applicant must satisfy. The eligibility standards are defined by BITS Pilani for admission to Integrated First Degree Programs of Engineering in its three campuses viz.
- BITS Pilani – Pilani Campus
- BITS Pilani – KK Birla Goa Campus
- BITS Pilani – Hyderabad Campus
Listed below are quick facts relating to BITSAT Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates who have passed their class 12th examination with aggregate 75% marks in PCB/PCM are eligible to apply.
- Registrations will begin from the first week of March 2019.
- For the academic year, is scheduled for multiple dates from May 16 to 26, 2019.
- As for the marking scheme, each question carries +3 mark and also negative marking persists.
1. BITSAT Eligibility Criteria for B.E. (Hons.), M.Sc. (Hons.) and M.Sc. (Tech.) Programs:
- They must have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as subjects in 12th class.
- It is necessary to secure minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects
- Candidate must also secure a minimum of 60% in each of the above subjects.
2. BITSAT Eligibility Criteria for B.Pharm (Hons.) Programs:
- Candidates must have passed 12th examination from a recognized Central or State board
- Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects in Class 12
- Candidate must secure minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects
- Candidate must also secure minimum of 60% in each of the above subjects
- BITS Pilani assures guaranteed admission to all the students who have obtained first ranks in their respective board examinations.
- Practice has attracted highly meritorious students from all over India.
- 1st rank students of all the central and state boards in India for the year 2019 will be given direct admission to the program of their choice, irrespective of their BITSAT 2019 score as per the eligibility criteria.
- Students who took class 12 exams in 2016 or earlier.
- Students currently enrolled at any of BITS campuses are not eligible for BITSAT.
