Should I choose civil engineering at IIT Bhubaneshwar or CSE at BITS Pilani or CSE at VIT Vellore?
If you have no monetary or vicinity issues, do prefer CSE at BITS Pilani over Civil at IIT Bhubaneshwar or CSE at VIT Vellore. It entirely depends on your interest in a particular branch.
If you are interested in CSE then go for bits pilani
or Vit vellore
Both bits pilani and vit are equally good
If you are really interested in civil then go for iit Bhuvaneshwar.
But within these choices first decide branch and then go for college .
