Hello!
I will suggest you go to Satyavati college as it has great faculty for BCom. Facilities and infrastructure are also fine.
Bharat Singh evening college is not better than Satyavati college as your lectures will be scheduled in the evening which will be problematic. Faculty here is not good too.
