Hello,
If you are sure about Civil Services and you are doing enough preparation for it then I will suggest you to do Bsc. Because bsc is a 3 year undergraduate programme. It is less hectic and less expensive compared to Btech.
Even after Bsc you can apply for Msc or another government jobs. You can aslo score good marks in Bsc which will be helpful to do. There is also no need to attend any kind of extra classes for Bsc. You can study on your own.
Here is the list of some Bsc colleges in the link below

Thank you
Hi,
I can't decide on your career path but I can help you decide your career path. Consider the following points and make your own decision,
1. Course Duration:
Bsc- 3 years
Btech- 4 years
2. Bsc focus on Pure science and Btech focuses on Applied Science
3. Content
Bsc- Broad and Theoretical
Btech- Technical and Practical
4. For doing Bsc students need to be good with science and maths subject whereas for doing Btech you need to be excellent in science especially in maths subjects.
5. Btech will cost you more than BSc
I hope it helps.
Hello student B.tech is more preferable and recommend than Bsc After B.tech you can join in good company and while working you can appear in UPSC entrance examination as many aspirants appear in UPSC examination while working.
To get admission in top B.tech college like NIT's CFTIs IIITS and iits you need to appear in jee main entrance examination.
Eligibility - candidates must passed or appearing class 12 with physics chemistry and mathematics with minimum 75 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board
Feel free to comment if you have any doubt
Good luck
