MCA is master course and certificate is maybe only certificate from private institute. MCA is well recognized course to become master in computer and after that you can choose whatever technologies you want to build career.

Bca is lowest it degree .First decide what are you good at as this degree will not help you much. If you want to join it sector then you can do certification on the programming language you like most but i will prefer you to go for php ,java ,javascript as all of them have lots of opportunities so chances of selection is high.

Also you will get some calls from very small companies very rarely a mnc . But believe me its better to start with a small job instead of doing mca from small college.

Go for MCA until and unless you dont have any responsibilities to earn for your family. Certification courses would be handy but not for a long run.Try to clear MCA entrance exams of some reputed colleges. MCA hold many subjects where you get basic knowledge and then in final project you can choose on which technologies you want to go for.

So, better you go with MCA and after all its post graduation which has potential to build great career in IT industry.
