Should I drop a second year for neet preparation if I scored 486 marks after 1 year drop???

It totally depends on your capability. If your aim is only to get admission in top Government Medical college & believe that you can have a really decent score then you can go for next year preparation. With this score the chances seems less to get the Government college but you can try for vacant seats after the counseling if the state has to which you belong.

based upon your marks you have scored quite good so from my point of you should try for another year as you are just few steps behind to make your dream happen but for that you have to work quite hard,analyze your grey areas and make them strong.make your study plan and stick to it,don't get diverted from other things.i hope this information helps you.
