Firstly, I will explain you both the terms freeze and float-

Freeze Option means that you are content with the seat allocated to you, you accept the seat and you are not interested in participating in  further rounds of seat allotment.

Float Option means that you accept the offered seat and wants to opt for a seat in  an  academic program of  higher  peference in  any Institute if offered in the subsequent rounds. If you did not get a seat  in a higher preference program, then you will continue with  the currently accepted academic program. And you will be considered in subsequent rounds of seat allotment.

So, It depend on you completely, whether you are satisfied with the alloted seat then you can select freeze if you want to participate in subsequent rounds, then go for float.

Also, Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad is a very good college with a ranking of AAAA+ which means Outstanding.
