Should I give NSEP in class 11 if I study only class 11 syllabus?

Yes, you give NSEP exam. This exam is intended for class 9th, 10th, 11th and for 12th as well. And, the important thing is candidates who passed class 12th are not eligible for this exam.
The age criteria, candidates age should be less than 20 years.
