I am bit confused that the courses you have mentiond are completey different from each other. As enigneering is realted to some technology knowledge on the contrary CA i.e. charted accountant is something very different as it is mainly related to accounts. On the other hand merchant navy is very much responsible and honored job. So it is complety based on your personal choice which makes you more encited then only you can decide one of them. All the best fo your future.

It's your choice in which you are interested and which you can do without frustrating and with proper concentration.

As these all three are different field from each other.

So try to find your ability and your qualities.

As in cs ( computer engineering) you have to do coding ( so your interest must be in coding and other computer related works).

CA is all about finance ( tax ; income; expenditure ; laws of legal income ) and other related works

In merchant Navy you will do transportation of goods from ships ( ship and seas related knowledge ) general knowledge etc.

So try to figure it out.
