Hello,
With such rank it is difficult to get seat in NITs, IIITs and Gratis. You can check the cut off for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs

It is difficult to get seat however, you may go for state counseling. States like Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana conducts counseling based on JEE Main score. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam and number of seats available etc. Check the cut off once and decide as the chances are very low.
