Hello Himanshu,
It depends on what you want to be honest. If you are interested in core departments and more importantly, an NIT tag, you shouldn't be bothering about the private colleges like VIT, SRM, KIIIT anything.
However, if you want to discover that part of universe, you should take a call as soon as possible.
