Hello Zaid,
According to me, Automobile Engineering is better than two other streams because it is about to get more evolution in future that will give you more platform to explore the field of automation. However, Chemical Engineering and Production Engineering are not bad. Both colleges have very good infrastructure but you should go for DTU, Delhi.
