Hello Dipankar

You can go to any different state for bachelor's degree like BBA or BCom. It is totally upto your choices and the colleges that you can get within your state that is Jharkhand and what you may get at some other place.
Your home state Jharkhand also has some top colleges offering BBA and BCom courses.
