This totally depends upon the branch of your preference. All the colleges you have mentioned are definitely good ones. If you are entering NIT just because the tag, you should not do it.
MMMUT, Uttar Pradesh is a state government engineering college with a good reputation and CSE branch there will definitely be a great option.
In India, the highest salaries are offered by IT companies nowadays so cse graduates have a great placement.
I will advice you to explore about the branches cse, mechanical, civil, etc and learn about their course structure and curriculum, then choose whichever suits you best.
