If you are in dilemma of choosing between these two then i would suggest you to go for B.Sc Computer Science. If you have a little bit interest also then choose his stream.
Cutoffs are generally in the range of 94-97 for top colleges and after 3 years you can get placed in a good company too. Otherwise if you go for BSc from DU and then complete your MSc you will have a great profile comparable to a BTech from top NIT ( provided u do the MSc from any reputed govt. college )

To be honest both the fields have scope in terms of jobs.
And so it totally depends on your interest because if you have interest you can perform well and earn good.
If we talk about Bsc (h) chemistry then after completing it you can pursue Msc from reputed institue or from abroad. Jobs can include Pharmaceutical industry, Research, professor, chemical industries, ONGC and many more Labs across country or abroad.
If we talk about Bsc computer science you can complete education further or jobs can include software programmer, in cyber cell, teaching, data analyst and many companies.
