Hi Akash

You can get invovled in both counselling if you want but if you focus on the facts, You are not likely to get MBBS seat in govt. college at this rank under all india counselling. So if want to save you counselling charges of AIQ you can skip that and inroll youself in state counselling. In most of states it's hard to get medical seat at this rank even under state quota (your state is not mentioned here). If you want to take admisiion in private medical colleges or Deemed universities then you should join AIQ counselling.

In UP there are 3920 MBBS and 2251 BDS seats. UP is among those states which have very high cut off. So it seems that you won't be able to get a govt. seat at this rank under AIQ.
