The event that you need yourself to be in administrative post, at that point its preferred to join NITIE over IIT.Also package and placement record of NITIE is more than a large portion of the IIT...

On the off chance that you need to be in technical industry and work as a Technical engineer at that point better to join IIT..

First of all congratulations as you have such good choices in front of you. NITIE mumbai is a management institute for engineers and it has been seen that many students who even get iocl left the job to study in NITIE mumbai as package after completion of course is way high. Now doing Mtech from IIT is also beneficial and packages are also good but not more than NITIE mumbai. So it would be better to join NITIE mumbai if you want to do management or if you want to pursue you engineering further then do Mtech from good iit.

If you want yourself to be in managerial post then its better to join NITIE than IIT.
Also package and placement record of NITIE is more than most of the IIT. So its totally depends on your goal where do you want to see yourself after 5 yrs. If you want to become a manager then join NITIE. If you want to be in technical industry and work as a technical engineer then better to join top 3 IIT only.
