At this rank chances are bleak that you will be offered a seat for admissions. However, in case you are offered an admission at this rank you will have to compromise on the engineering branch that you would be offered for your majors.
Hence, I would suggest to give another attempt rather than seeking admission at this rank, since pursuing engineering is a huge investment not only in monetary terms but also in terms of timeline. Therefore, try to get into a domain which interests you.
