Hello Aspirant. I hope you are in good health and preparing well for NEET UG 2021. Look, it is not mandatory to take coloured printouts of Admit cards. National Testing Agency has not specifically mentioned about that in the guidelines. But yes, you have to take hardcopies of your Admit card for candidate verification processes prior to the beginning of examination. However, it is recommended that you take coloured printouts of your Admit Card for the verification procedure.
Now, regarding the extra pages that come along with the admit card, it is not mandatory to take printouts of those pages as they have nothing to do with the verification processes. Those pages are filled with Rules and Regulations and Safety Protocols that are to be followed and maintained before, during and after the examination. It is up to you to decide whether you will print the copies of those pages or not. However, if there is any declaration form for you where you are supposed fill in, undertaking the fact that you are willing to attempt exams and you are physically fit during COVID-19 , then you must take a printout of that page as well since that page will be required during verification process.
I hope this information will help you to clear your confusion. If you have any more query, feel free to post it in forum.
