You have NO chance to get admission in government MBBS or BDS college through all India quota as well as state quota in general category.
You can definitely try for BAMS if you wish to pursue this degree but chances are not that much high.
You can try again next year if you want to pursue MBBS /BDS degree by preparing with more efforts.

NEET marks are considered for admission in BAMS.Now based upon your marks you can opt for BAMS course.You have better chances of admission in the private colleges as compared to the government colleges.For general category a candidate with a score of 400+ has quite good chances.Also his rank matters too.Apply for both the private and government colleges and wait for the cutoffs to be announced state wise for home quota.85% of the seats are filled in by Home Quota in respective states.So your domicile of bihar may also help you.
