Dear aspirant,
It completely depends on your choice, that where you want to see yourself in next 5 or 6 years. If you are interested in Ayurvedic medicine you should choose BAMS and if you interested in dentistry you can go for BDS. Ayurveda is slightly different study from conventional scientific studies that we are used to, so entering a BAMS course has to be done after getting properly oriented to that type of studies, otherwise there is a great risk of loosing interest in the course. BDS and Ayurveda both have good scope and opportunities. It entirely depends on your likings, interests, aptitude. If you can manage studying both would be best as career option for individual. I can rather suggest you to look forward the syllabus for both the courses. That could be helpful to understand what would be better career options for you.
All the best.
