Should I participate in MP NEET second round counselling for only government medical college if my marks are 370 and generally catagory?
NEET 2024: Cutoff (OBC, SC, ST & General Category)
NEET 2024 Admission Guidance: Personalised | Study Abroad
NEET 2025: Syllabus | Most Scoring concepts | NEET PYQ's (2015-24)
The answer is no
As your score is 370 which is not enough for admission in any government college of madhaya Pradesh region
Here we are providing cutoff of the Government Colleges of MP state having in the range of your obtained score
As per 2018 cutoff
Government college cutoff
#College name min. NEET score
Bhundelkhand 552
Medical college
Since it is the only government college having its cutoff nearly 550 in neet and your obtained score is 370 which is very very less than the minimum marks required for admission in any government college of Madhya Pradesh region so you cannot expect your admission in any government college at this score
So you are advised to fill private colleges as well as there are almost zero chances of admission in any government college so that you can expect admission and private college
Hope have resolved your query in case of any other doubt you can get back to us
As you have mentioned that your neet score is 370 marks which indeed is very less to get any of the government medical colleges in any state.. Moreover, you fall under general category, which eventually decrease your chances to get a seat.. But its not bad to take a chance of participating in the MP NEET counselling..... So, i would advice you to participate in the second round..
But according to me your chances are almost negligible to get a seat in the government medical colleges even under state quota.... . But with this score you can get a Good private college...
I hope this would help you. For further queries please feel free to write me down in the comment box.
I've seen students with 380 marks who have secured a seat in semi government MBBS colleges.
Please go and attend the counseling.
