should I pay the entire fees of first year if I got break in the first year of bds in private universities? or only the exam fees is necessary?

Hello,
As you have studied in the college you have pay the full fees for the year and failure to pay the fees without any notice to the college, college can remove you from the college or temporary make you do not come to the college. So if you have any confusion or discomfort in Paying fee please inform the college in written.
